According to Pareto’s law, 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers. So, who are your 20%? They are likely to be your A/B customers.
This is the most challenging of the demographics because it's more subjective dependent on who is making the decision to buy. This could be based on lifestyle, industry, personality or management role.
